About these terms
These terms govern use of the Awab Textiles website. They also explain the status of website information and enquiries. They do not replace any separate written quotation, order acknowledgement or contract agreed for goods or services.

Website use
You may use the website for lawful business and information purposes. You must not attempt to compromise its security, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the service, impersonate another person or use the content unlawfully.
Information and availability
We take reasonable care over website content, but textile routes, materials, finishes, availability and commercial arrangements may change. Images and descriptions are indicative and cannot establish an agreed shade, handle, performance level or specification. A requirement should be confirmed through enquiry, sampling, quotation and written acceptance where appropriate.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a form or discussing a requirement does not create a contract. A quotation is an invitation to proceed on its stated basis and may be subject to validity, availability, sample approval, credit checks, minimum quantities, lead time, delivery, taxes and other stated conditions. A contract is formed only through the acceptance method set out in the applicable quotation or order documentation.
Specifications and customer materials
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about fibre content, construction, previous treatment, intended use, performance requirements and any relevant test or compliance criteria. Textile processing can involve natural and production variation. Where customer-supplied material is involved, responsibilities for suitability, trial quantities, tolerances and risk should be agreed in writing.
Pricing, VAT and payment
Public prices are not displayed. Pricing is provided by quotation and may depend on material, preparation, process route, quantity, colour, artwork, sampling, testing, packaging and delivery. VAT and payment terms will be stated where applicable. Website content does not override an issued quotation.
Delivery and timing
Any lead time or delivery date should be confirmed for the particular order. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, an estimate is not a guarantee. Events outside reasonable control may affect materials, utilities, transport, suppliers or production. The parties should refer to the applicable contract for delivery, risk and title provisions.
Intellectual property
The website design, brand assets, text, photographs and other original content are protected by intellectual-property law and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Customer artwork, marks and designs remain subject to the rights and permissions applicable to them; customers should ensure they have authority to supply material for printing or production.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, use of the website is at the visitor's risk and the detailed allocation and limits of commercial liability will be those stated in the applicable contract. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Privacy, changes and law
Personal information is handled as described in our privacy information. We may update the website and these terms. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
