How we work
Textile finishing is rarely one isolated action. We keep the material, the intended outcome and the commercial handover visible at every stage.
Initial enquiry
Share the fibre composition, construction, current state, quantity, intended use and required change. If you have artwork, shade references, samples, test criteria or a previous specification, include those too. We will identify the useful starting information and flag obvious gaps.
Review & route
We consider whether preparation, colour, print, mechanical work or a functional treatment should be approached separately or as a sequence. Compatibility, handling and downstream manufacture matter alongside the visible finish.
Sampling
Where sampling is appropriate, its purpose should be clear: shade, artwork, handle, surface, dimensional response, construction or performance. The agreed sample or documented requirement then gives the production discussion a more reliable reference.
Quotation
Quotations are based on the information available and may address material, process, quantity, colour, sampling, testing, packing and handover. Any assumptions, exclusions or points requiring confirmation should be resolved before an order proceeds.
Production & handover
We use the agreed specification and reference to guide the work. If the supplied material or production response raises a material issue, direct communication is the right next step. Completion, collection or delivery arrangements are confirmed for the particular order.
